Calculate the printing area by multiplying the printable zone (nominal the diameter multiplied 3.142) with the nominal height of the tube. The length of tube depends on customer requirement including the non printable area closed to the shoulder as well as the free area for welding and the mark for the photographic cell.

The standard technology used on bright background is dry off-set with matrixes of photopolymer. Eight colours with wet off-set are available. The ideal grid should be composed of (150 L.P.I.). The shadings must be continuous (maximum intensity 85% minimum intensity 4%). The graphic department of United Tubes works on base of Macintosh and is prepared to cooperate with the customer's in order to obtain the best quality result. Overlapping of more than two colours must be avoided.
